Deep, crimson red in colour. The nose is classic Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River. Fresh varietal notes of bright, berry fruits, dark berries and sea spray, this is followed with hints of chocolate and mocha, finishing with subtle spiced oak aromas.

The medium to full bodied palate shows cherry, boysenberry and satsuma plum notes leading to a fruit-sweet mid-palate of chocolate and mocha, finishing with soft alluring tannins. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and balance.

Enjoy with Angus beef fillet topped with garlic poached marron (what the locals refer to as steak and lake), or char-grilled kale with brown rice and onions.
