A softer, smoother, more elegant expression of Shiraz, this isn’t your bold, intense “Aussie” style. Our Mountain Range Shiraz reflects the cool climate in which it is grown. A great example of a more subtle style of Shiraz this displays flavours of dark plums, dark berries, pepper and baking spices. Good flavour intensity paired with fine, mouth filling tannins. As a young wine this is looking very inviting and generous. This wine will continue to develop and evolve with further medium-term bottle aging taking on more savoury characters. It will easily take 5-7 years in good cellar conditions.
