Light straw-yellow colour with fine bubbles. Lemony notes leading to a bouquet of white fruits and citrus. Soft and fruity with flavours of fresh peach, apricot, citrus, apple, and pear. The fine and persistent bubbles enhance the sensation of freshness.

This sparkling wine pairs well with shellfish, poultry, appetizers, lean fish, and serves excellently as an aperitif.

It is recommended to serve this at around 6-8ºC for optimal freshness.
