This luscious blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc. It is elegantly perfumed with concentrated blackcurrant flavours and long, fine tannins. Medium to deep red. Perfumed violets, crushed florals, red currants and cassis. Hints of the tell-tale cabernet leafiness play with subtle clove and spice. Medium to full bodied, bright red and blue fruits, slinky and supple in structure. Subtle use of French oak compliment the bright fruits. A balanced finish of lush red fruits wrapped in subtle elegant tannins. Enjoy now or hide away for seven to ten years.

Enjoy the 'Dogwalk' with all varieties of red meat — grilled steak, roast pork etc, also great with roasted vegetables, especially things like capsicum, spinach and eggplant. You can never go wrong with peppercorn sauce too!
