Pale green, straw tints. Lifted, green apple skin and white stone fruit swirl alongside citrus blossom notes, providing a setting for the refreshment to follow. Soft Granny Smith & Red Lady Apple popping up, alongside new season pear and nectarine, all flowing into a crisp, refreshing mouthful framed up by a soft touch of Polish Hill River minerality and vibrancy.
