Very pale straw with green hues. White peach, firm pears and lime citrus florals greet you on arrival and make themselves further known as they relax into the glass. Generous yellow stone fruit, apricot kernel and tropical notes with a touch of ground ginger spice. Gives you a lovely medium-weighted, textural mouthfeel before the tidy acid line cleans everything up and has you reaching for another refreshing sip without realising.

Fiano truly is a great food pairing wine, so you need not be shy in the kitchen! Arancini, creamy chicken or pork pasta dishes, chicken and leek pies and pastries, and rich seafood soups and chowders work wonders.
