The Pierre Gerbais Champs Viole Lieu-Dit Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut NV is a refined Champagne from the Côte des Bar, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the historic "Champ Viole" vineyard in Celles-sur-Ource.

The Champagne presents a complex bouquet of aromas, including pear, sweet orchard fruits, white flowers, buttery pastry, and subtle hints of nutmeg. On the palate, it is fleshy and seamless, with a deep core of fruit, racy acidity, and a pillowy mousse.

Pair with grilled or roasted pork, shellfish, salmon, tuna as well as soft creamy cheese.
