Excellent light straw colour with fine mousse. This wine has an abundance of savoury complexity with brilliance and focus. The combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir creates a balance with great length and structure with the Pinot Noir offering drive and depth whilst the Chardonnay contributes to the volume and vibrancy.

Enjoy this wine with Vegetable pakoras with yoghurt dipping sauce, Sydney rock oysters with ginger and shallot dressing, Sushi, Prosciutto wrapped prawns with a rocket aioli.
