From a remarkable volcanic-limestone site in western Victoria, this is Patrick Sullivan’s most brooding and structured Chardonnay - deep, textural, and built to make a lasting impression.

This Chardonnay pairs well with a variety of dishes: Seafood like oysters, scallops, or grilled prawns. Creamy poultry dishes. Vegetable tarts featuring leeks, almond meal, or citrus elements as well as soft cheeses like aged goats or Brie.
