A delightfully fresh and slightly sweet sparkling rosé from Patrick Bottex made in the Bugey‑Cerdon appellation, vintage 2023. Light alcohol, lively bubbles and vibrant red‑fruit character make it great for aperitif or casual enjoyment.

Aroma: Alpine strawberries, raspberry, wild cherry, subtle rose petals and fresh green apple

Palate: Juicy red fruit core, brisk acidity, creamy mousse, slightly sweet finish with clean length
