A refined dry white from Patrick Baudouin produced in the Anjou appellation, vintage 2019, grown on the famed “Clos des Bruandières” parcel and offering minerality and elegance.

Aroma: Yellow apple, lime zest, white flowers, subtle chalky and saline minerality

Palate: Crisp acidity, bright orchard fruit, fine mineral spine, persistent saline finish
