Tasting Notes: Bottled under cork, the pop of opening the bottle begins the sensory experience. Pouring the light straw yellow wine releases aromas of oak spice and toast intermingled with stone fruit peach and apricot intensity. The palate incorporates fruit intensity over subtle mineral acidity giving length and depth. Oak richness while prominent, supports the fruit and texture. Best drinking with some bottle age out to 10 years. Winemaker is looking forward to enjoying in 2028 with some light tertiary development.

Serving Temperature: Optimal: 10–12 °C.

Decanting: Most premium Chardonnays benefit more from gentle aeration in the glass rather than prolonged decanting.
