Pale yellow straw in colour. Fresh and fragrant with aromas of native daisy, citrus zest, lychees and hints of white nectarine. The palate is fresh with zippy, slatey acidity and textured complexity. Expressive flavours of lime zest, grapefruit pith and dried lavender. The natural sweetness is balanced by refreshing acidity and a talcy, slightly savoury edge on the finish with lingering fruit.

Pair with oysters, prawns, grilled fish, sashimi and sushi. Green salads with lemon vinaigrette. Spicy or aromatic foods.
