Don’t let this Pinot Grigio’s pale veneer and subtle aromas fool you; there’s plenty of flavour going on in the glass. Lemon pith, apple skin, grapefruit, custard apple, poached pear and cinnamon flavours tumble across the palate like waves against a riverbed after a houseboat drifts by.

An intense mixture of apple and spiced pear with hints of lychee. The spiced pear and lychee flavours find their way into the medium-bodied palate.

Best Enjoyed with Asian shredded chicken salad with roasted peanuts or corn chips and a spicy black bean salsa of capsicum, tomato, cucumber, red onion, chilli and lime.
