Tasting Notes: A deep, saturated crimson, with purple hues at the rim. A lifted and vibrant bouquet of dark fruits - bramble, black cherry and blackcurrant, interwoven with earthy undertones of forest floor. Boldly flavoured and complex, the palate opens with rich fruit notes and hints of satsuma plum and charred oak, adding a savoury edge to the rich fruit profile. The tannins are dense yet finely textured, delivering a smooth, polished mouthfeel. Impeccably balanced, the wine carries through to a long, persistent finish.

Serving Temperature: A full-bodied Cabernet with firm structure shows best at 16–18°C. This preserves freshness while allowing tannins and oak to soften.

Decanting: Recommended decanting: 45–60 minutes .

Cellaring Potential: 15+ years.
