White peach, nashi pear, mirabelle plum, bergamot and kaffir lime leaf, with cooling herbal notes of eucalyptus and mint

Focused and powerful with razor‑sharp acidity, a dense mineral backbone of shell limestone, hints of sea spray and chalky structure, clean and persistent finish
