Tasting Notes:

Winged Cat Cabernet Sauvignon 
A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe red berries that stimulates the palate and invigorates the senses. Perfect paired with a roast beef and a cheese platter.

White Deer Shiraz Cabernet 
A delicious blend of Shiraz and Cabernet creating a dark cherry and plum with notes of mocha spice flavours. A bright wine made in an easy drinking style. Perfectly paired with beef stroganoff and red pasta sauces.

Running Ivy Merlot 
Enjoy with chargrilled Beef Eye Fillet on mash and a side of freshly steamed asparagus.

Mr. Rooster Chardonnay 
A deliciously fresh Chardonnay with crisp fruit flavours accentuated with a pep of buttery oak. For the ultimate Chardonnay experience, serve chilled and enjoyed with roast chicken or pork chops, straight off the BBQ.

Gazing Gecko Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Before the Storm Pinot Grigio
