Dense inky black in colour with a very deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted black cherry liqueur and liquorice scents carry an earthy leather overlay with vanillin oak and spicy mocha notes also evident. Rich and heavy with a thick plush textural feel lavish blackberry and liquorice fruits sit over a vanillin oak, leather, earthy mocha and spice back drop. Ripe chewy tannins with a long opulent aftertaste.

Shiraz is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins in Shiraz can complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine's bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
