Known since she was a girl as “Pickles”, Nicole McPherson is a brilliant cook, renowned for her mouth-watering apple tart. Her dinner parties with her husband Andrew are legendary, cooked in her farmhouse stove from produce she has nurtured in her large kitchen garden.

Varietal composition - 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Colour - Pale straw with a touch of green.

Nose - Tropical fruit aromas of passionfruit, papaya and ripe pineapple with a hint of herbaceous characters such as capsicum and tomato bush leaves.

Palate - A juicy citrus palate and a crisp, clean finish.

A fabulous food wine, Pickle’s Sauvignon Blanc is a great all-rounder and is best enjoyed surrounded by love and laughter.
