Deep red in colour with exotic aromas of cherries, boysenberry, with hints of white pepper and violets.

Medium-bodied and silky smooth, featuring juicy dark berries, black cherry, and liquorice flavours. Subtle oak integration and velvety tannins lead to a soft, elegant finish.

This Syrah pairs well with dishes such as grilled lamb, beef stews, pork tenderloin, and game meats like venison, complementing the wine's rich fruit profile and spice notes.

Decanting is recommended for about 30 minutes and serving at 16-18ºC. This wine has a cellaring potential for 5+ years.
