Slightly opaque with yellow hues and a captivating nose of citrus, stone fruits and toasted almonds. The palate delivers a rounded mouthfeel of bright peach fruit with secondary nutty notes and minerality providing length on the finish. Fine but persistent acidity draws out the long finish.

A great pairing for vitello tonnato or crumbed pork with fennel.
