Aromas of red currant and strawberry and some subtle savoury nuances. The palate is complex with rhubarb fruit, cherry and lovely structure from subtle whole bunch influence. Balanced oak plays a supporting role, providing strength but also allowing the fruit to shine. An excellent example of premium Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir.

This wine pairs well with oily meals such as salmon, tuna or pasta, beef bourguignon. And don't forget the cheese. Make sure your platter includes creamy brie, blue and sharp goat's cheeses, and you'll be dining (and drinking) well.
