Dark red in colour with a lifted and expressive nose, bursting with a seductive perfume of ripe red fruits and exotic berries. The palate is soft and seductive with a core of sweetly fruited dark cherry flavours balanced by fresh acidity. Earthy notes add complexity before fine tannins provide definition to the finish.

Try it with duck breast and baby lentils.
