Straw with green hues. Jasmine, white nectarine, fennel, wild flowers and a hint of apricot, cardamon and cashew. The palate is a mix of the fresh flowers with honeydew melon and a sweet cinnamon stick mid palate that finishes with crunchy pear acidity and lingering apricot flavours.

Best enjoyed with fresh Asian seafood dishes or potato and rosemary pizza. The acidity will balance salty flavours.
