The 2022 La Biancara Masieri, crafted by Angiolino Maule, is a biodynamic white wine from the volcanic hills of Gambellara in Veneto. This wine is a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, mineral character. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, it offers a lively profile marked by citrus notes, green apple, and subtle almond nuances.

Pairs excellently with shellfish, grilled fish, and sushi. Complements light pasta dishes and fresh salads. A good match with poultry and grilled meats.
