A blend of Riverland Vermentino & Nero di Troia, crafted with passion and minimal intervention techniques by Patrick Sullivan. Jumping Juice Pet Nat NV is a vibrant, fun-loving natural sparkling wine. It typically pours cloudy and pale gold with lively effervescence. Expect a zesty and funky nose filled with tropical fruits (think pineapple and guava), citrus zest, green apple, and sometimes a hint of fresh herbs or yeasty, bready notes from natural fermentation. On the palate, it’s tangy, slightly sour, and refreshing with a textural finish—playful and a bit wild, just as you'd expect from a good Pét-Nat.
