Colour: Pale lemon-green Aroma: Intense typical varietal aromas of citrus and kiwi fruit, gooseberry, fresh cut grass and green capsicum. Herbal notes of fennel, dill and crunchy celery sticks add complexity and freshness. Palate: The wine is dry, mineral driven and has a chalky texture. It is filled with citrus fruit flavours like pomelo, fresh lemon juice and lime zest; as well as white peach and fennel flavours. The elevated acidity delivers a clean zesty finish. Cellaring: 3 years.
