Colour: Pale to Medium lemon. Aroma: A celebration of elegance, purity and freshness. Beautifully layered aromas of nuts and oak spice, a hint of flint and an abundance of citrus and stone fruit. A mineral, chalky quality and sea spray deliver lift and freshness. Palate: Texture and weight are nicely balanced by lively acidity. There is a great drive and tension to the wine with flavours of citrus, fine toasty oak and a hint of nutmeg spice. The finish is long and moreish. Cellaring: Drinking well on release or cellar to 10 years. Expected to fully develop in bottle after 2 years.

Serving: Enjoy chilled with a variety of seafood dishes, creamy chicken or washed rind cheeses like Epoisses or Taleggio.
