A vibrant sparkling Rosé showing aromas and flavours of strawberries, rose petals and fresh brioche, rich and creamy on the palate from the influence of both the grapes and tirage age. A vibrant yet delicate pink hue with a fine persistent bead. Turkish Delight and rose petal floral aromas combine with a textured mousse creaminess and strawberries on the palate to leave an elegant vibrancy and freshness. A wine full of 'joie de vivre' that brings the delights of summer into the glass at any time. Once released this wine is ready to enjoy.

Pair with smoked salmon blini and crème fraîche or poached quince tart.
