A true Great Southern Riesling, it is both delicate and lithe, yet filled with an abundance of lively, zesty aromas, alluring floral and confectionary notes as well as an undercurrent of chalky minerality. Finger lime, Granny Smith apple, sea spray, honey suckle, orange blossom, and musk stick form a vivacious and irresistible bouquet. The palate is characterised by a fine, porcelain-like structure driven by taut, mouth-watering acid. Bright flavours of Meyer lemon, nashi pear, and white nectarine intermingle adding texture and depth leading into a crisp, dry finish. Drink now or cellar for up to 7 years.

Drink with chargrilled calamari, or sweet and sour crispy fish with pickled papaya salad.
