Colour Pale straw in colour with elegant lively bubbles. Nose Green apples and citrus supported by creaminess. Palate Chardonnay gives the wine a creamy, round mouth feel with some nice citrusy characters while the Pinot Noir adds some acidity allowing the wine to finish clean, crisp, refreshing and so good to share.

This wine pairs well with salads and green vegetables.
