Madame M Blanc & Blanc, a wine inspired by those beautiful light and aromatic whites Dean enjoyed on recent travels to the Mediterranean coasts, typically blends of the local varieties including Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains and Sauvignon Blanc.

Colour: Bright green with pale straw.

Aroma: Melon, pear and citrus with hints of tropical and blackcurrant leaf.

Palate: Fresh grass and tropical fruit with clean, natural acidity.

Food Pairings: Spicy Asian cuisine like Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian dishes with chili, lemongrass, coriander. Shellfish, prawns, scallops or fish with lighter sauces. Mild cheeses or antipasti. Tapas and small plates.
