Tasting Notes: he wine shows deep, intense dark red‑to‑black colour. Its bouquet is rich and concentrated, led by ripe cassis and berry fruits, with underlying dark chocolate and mint—a signature of the vineyard. Oak sits in the background as subtle cedar, expected to integrate further with time. The palate is full, fleshy, and weighty, delivering dark cherry and blackcurrant with impressive fruit density. Although currently tight and youthful, it already shows ample fruit sweetness that will become more expressive as it matures. This is a classic, full‑bodied Margaret River Cabernet with depth, concentration, and long ageing potential.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C.

Decanting: 45 minutes recommended.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now to 2032.
