A light, supple style of Pinot. It's super aromatic with pretty red fruits and thirst-quenching natural acidity. Most fruit was de-stemmed and fermented on skins for five days (with some fruit fermented as whole bunches). The resulting wine was then pressed to older French oak and rested just under eight months on lees before racking and bottling. This drinks beautifully with a slight chill in warmer weather.

Pair with steak or grilled chicken.
