Tasting Notes: An intense, brilliant cherry colour with purplish tints. Complex nose with red and black berry aromas (raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants). A smooth wine with fine tannins, harmonious and complete.

Serving Temperature: 12–14°C for maximum freshness. Up to 15–16°C if you prefer more aromatic lift.

Decanting: 10–15 minutes of air can help open the florals and soften the initial carbonic‑style spritz.
