A lively and terroir‑rich red from the lower slopes of Domaine Génot‑Boulanger in the village of Volnay. The 2018 “Vieilles Vignes” combines full flavour and accessibility with age‑worthy structure.

Colour: Bright ruby with violet edges, clear transparency

Aroma: Spicy clove and pepper meld with vibrant wild red berries and a hint of earthy limestone minerality

Palate: Light to medium body; crisp red cherry and cranberry fruit, lively acidity, fine tannin texture and a clean finish of chalky minerality

Cellaring: Drink now through about 2026 for freshness, though if well stored it may evolve nicely into the late 2020s
