This red wine is a blend of 60% Grenache, 34% Shiraz, 6% Mataro. Being a blend of three varieties, our GSM has lovely and varied aromas and flavours to delve into. Notes of dark olive, plum, red spice and hints of rosemary fill the glass. The wine is delightfully vibrant with flavours of cherry, plum and dried herb. Cinnabar is a beautifully balanced, medium bodied wine with elegant structure and chalky tannins.

On a warm afternoon or evening, try chilling in the fridge for an hour or so before drinking. Pair with smoked Texas-style pork ribs, or a vegetable korma.
