Vibrant cranberry with a touch of vanilla. The violet floral lift is balanced out by a savoury mid-palate and a powerful structure. A deep and layered expression of Barossa Valley Shiraz, with exceptional aging potential.

This Gatt Shiraz will go well with Food Type Why It Works Grilled / roasted red meats (e.g. rib-eye, sirloin, lamb rack), Game meats (venison, wild boar, duck), Rich stews, slow roasted beef or lamb with herbs, Hearty hard cheeses (aged cheddar, gouda, manchego) and Dishes with dark mushrooms or truffle, or sauces with a balsamic / reduction base.
