100% Estate grown old vine shiraz established in 1972. Handpicked from the rich loams of Siegersdorf vineyard in the heart of Barossa Valley. Ripe berry and plum flavours across the palate, with a little mocha note. Elegant oak use lends structure and the intensity is balanced by a fine acid structure.

Enjoy this Old Vine Shiraz with Grilled or roasted red meats (e.g. rib-eye steak, lamb chops), Game meats (venison, duck), Rich, slow-cooked stews or casseroles, Dishes with earthy elements — mushrooms, truffle, char, smoked meats, Hearty, strong cheeses (aged cheddar, gouda, or similar) and Maybe dishes with a bit of spice or smokiness to match oak and tannin.
