Tasting Notes: The vibrant yet elegant palate offers a hedonistic melange of juicy limes, green apples, grapefruit and white nectarine complemented with gentle spice and a refreshingly crisp mineral finish. Half the pleasure of Riesling is its delicate floral aroma, like fresh blossoms in spring, which this Freycinet Riesling shows beautifully. The palate is vibrant and elegant, bursting with juicy lime, crisp green apple, zesty grapefruit and ripe white nectarine, finished with a touch of spice and a refreshing mineral snap.

Decanting: If you want to open up aromatics slightly, a brief 10–15 minute air exposure in the glass is enough.
