Tasting Notes: The vibrant, pure Chardonnay flavours of grapefruit, stone fruits and melon are harmoniously balanced with a long, crisp, mineral finish. Perfect for picnics, barbecues, mid-week drinking - indeed any occasion!

Appearance: Very pale straw.

Aroma: Fruit: white peach, grapefruit, citrus fruits. Creamy elements: clotted cream, nougat. Floral: white flowers. Mineral & coastal: sea spray, crushed stone. Spice: soft spice.

Palate: Fruit: citrus, stone fruit, grapefruit, melon. Texture: gentle textural element, smooth, creamy from seasoned French oak. Structure: crisp acidity, swift mineral line. Finish: long, crisp, mineral, gently spiced with cream notes.

Serving Temperature:10–12°C.
