Cherries, plum and dark chocolate cake the nose, with a touch of stewed rhubarb, spice and pine resin.... A lick of noble reduction in the wine. Its a medium weighted pinot, that sits across the tongue, full of plums, cherries and dusty / spicy tannin. Fresh acid to close, whilst the tannin sits in the middle like sucking on a cherry pit...

This wine goes well with beef, veal, game and poultry dishes.
