100% Nero D'Avola with typical notes of dark raspberries, redcurrant, cherry cola, and dried rose petal. A palate of ripe cherries, blueberry and a touch of chocolate lamington coats the mouth, finished by a lingering earthy note.

Nero d'Avola is a great wine to match with rich meaty meats. Some classic pairings include oxtail soup and beef stew, but you could easily swap BBQ burgers with bacon and everyone will think you're a genius.
