Ultra pale lemon colour. Lemon curd and sweet pastry aromas. Lemon zest, pea shoots, and salty notes run across the tongue. Zippy acidity keeps it very fresh and lively, with good fl ow and as decent length.

It is a perfect aperitif before a meal or pair it with your favourite cheese.
