Aroma: This vibrant rosé has a complex and delicately perfumed nose punctuated by aromas of summer berries, rose petals, vanilla and cinnamon.

Palate: The palate is woven with quince and white mulberry characters, delicate salinity and a savoury edge. It has gorgeous mid-palate creaminess and just enough phenolics to tantalise.

Food Pairing: Serve as an aperitif. Grilled prawns or scallops. Sashimi or lighter fish. Roast chicken, salads with roasted or grilled vegetables. Charcuterie.
