A fresh and vibrant organic cabernet bursting with black fruits, a slight herbal edge and notes of mocha oak. The palate is medium bodied with blackcurrant, olive and dark chocolate flavours matched by subtle notes of tobacco. The wine is full of intense fruit flavour before soft tannins and bright acidity feature on a lingering finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairing is best with nearly all red meat, including prime rib, New York strip and filet mignon. Also try lamb or pepper- crusted ahi tuna. The wine is best enjoyed with food and is great in sauces or reductions.
