The 2024 Emmalene Pinot Gris, crafted by Emma Hall in Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, is an elegantly textured white of poise and freshness.

Colour: Pale straw with green tinges.

Aroma: Pear blossom, white nectarine, and blossom honey rise softly from the glass.

Palate: On the palate it delivers juicy stone fruit layered with quince, green apple, and a subtle spice lift. Vibrant acidity frames a core of chalky minerality, while a creamy mid-palate adds depth without weight. The finish is crisp and clean, inviting another sip.

Food Pairing: Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with seafood, creamy pastas, goat cheese, light salads, and Asian-inspired dishes.
