This is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Shiraz 35% and Merlot 15%.
Appearance: Deep garnet with a purple hue. Aroma: Intense and aromatic, featuring dark fruits like blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum, intertwined with earthy notes, spices, and oak-derived aromas of vanilla, cedar, and a touch of chocolate. Palate: Full-bodied and rich, with layers of ripe black fruits (blackberry, cassis, and plum) complemented by subtle spices, liquorice, and chocolate. The tannins are firm yet smooth, giving the wine structure, while the acidity keeps it fresh and balanced. The Shiraz adds juiciness and spice, the Cabernet provides structure and depth, and the Merlot brings softness and roundness to the palate. Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering flavours of fruit, spice, and well-integrated oak.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, roasted vegetables, pasta with rich sauces, and hard cheeses. It’s also a great match for hearty dishes like beef stew or lamb.
