Appearance: Deep ruby red with a slight purple tinge. Aroma: Lush aromas of ripe plums, cherries, and blackberries, with subtle hints of chocolate, vanilla, and herbs like mint or eucalyptus, typical of Barossa Valley Merlots. Palate: Medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture. The wine presents flavours of juicy red and black fruits (plum, blackberry, black cherry), along with notes of cocoa, spice, and a hint of oak. It has soft tannins and a well-balanced acidity, making it approachable and easy to drink.

This Merlot pairs well with a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, roasted chicken, lamb, and pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces. It also works nicely with hard cheeses like aged cheddar or gouda.
