Aroma: Bright red and black fruit (blackberry, cherry), violet floral lift, peppercorn spice and subtle graphite minerality

Palate: Smooth, medium to full body, supple tannins, generous fruit core, savoury finish with olive‑leaf and wild herb nuance

Cellaring: Best enjoyed from 2024 to 2030 for vibrant freshness, though can age a little longer for added complexity
